Executive Management
Ted A. Campbell – Founder & President
Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of experience guiding exploration and production efforts throughout the Mid-Continent. His background in geology and engineering has afforded him the opportunity to be directly involved with the planning and execution of multiple acquisition, drilling and production projects in a variety of plays while coordinating day to day operations with all industry disciplines.
Jeff Cloud – Vice President Business Development & Land
Mr. Cloud has been involved in the energy business for thirty-plus years as a regulator, lawyer, landman and manager of a family owned mineral inventory. He utilized his land and legal background while serving two terms with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission where he worked closely with FERC, EPA, DEQ and other state, federal and local agencies, and most recently as a VP of Gas Marketing at Continental Resources where he was recognized for policy creation and optimization.
Corporate Staff
To complete the transition to an active operating company, we are presently assembling an accomplished team comprised of engineers, geologists and landmen who have the knowledge, experience and expertise to create value and deliver solid returns on capital investments. Each member of the team has worked in various areas of the Mid-Continent and in many cases have worked directly on the assets we are acquiring and continuing to pursue. We are experts at identifying and exploiting opportunities associated with existing production in well-defined stacked pay fields and have a proven track record with finding substantial reserves through new drilling ventures.
Field Staff
A select group of experienced and highly motivated staff members are eagerly awaiting the close of our initial operated asset base. These individuals each possess decades of hands-on work experience in a fast paced, yet safety conscious work environment. Our future staff has a great deal of experience working aged assets as well as bringing new drills online at a record setting pace. As a team, these individuals have seamlessly incorporated multiple past acquisitions into their operational base and subsequently excelled in communicating with corporate disciplines to maximize the value of the mature assets.
